Ford Motor company wanted to extend its Warriors in Pink Program in order to have a stronger presence in the African American community, so Ford has partnered with ESSENCE magazine and Susan G. Komen for the Cure® to launch Susan G. Komen for the Cure®’s Circle of Promise, an African American engagement program.
Ford Motor Company, Susan G. Komen for the Cure® and ESSENCE are partners in the effort to deliver the early detection message.
Ford will take Circle of Promise on the road with them through its college tour and help motivate young African American women to join the movement.
